Brunch - it gets busy, long lines to order food and a decent wait to get ordered items. Breakfast tacos are a bit pricey (4-4.5$/per). Patience though, it is worth both wait and price. Three tacos are enough to fill me completely and I’m a big guy.
There are not many places that cater to vegeterian, vegan and gluten free, but Chimera manages to do it without presumption or complications! There are also meat options, making this and great place for every dietary preference and restriction.
I am not cool. I used to feel like the crowd was too hipster for me to be comfortable going on a regular basis.
There are seven different tacos and you get to add a salsa to each; what I’ve had are delicious.
I’ve now been to Chimera twice in the past few weeks, both times for Sunday Brunch. Other times I’ve come by in the afternoons for a brew with friends.
The food is always excellent, timely and delicious. The staff is very helpful with modifications and recommendations.
Chimera has a ton of good coffee and usually an eclectic selection of beer (8taps). The nitro coffee is my go-to.
They are accommodating about substitutions (eggs instead of tofu for me). The craft cocktails are worth the price, and the staff is laid back and skilled.
First time visit. Unbelievably delicious! Great atmosphere. Wonderful service! Will definitely come back!!!
There is wifi available and ample seating, as well as a small sidewalk patio that is great for one or two dog patrons.
There are a lot of seating options, indoor and out. Bicycle pickups just outside. Well lit indoor and music plays lightly.
The place is mostly catering vegetarian/vegan dishes, and is all good.
There are also unusual and fun cocktails, local beers on tap, and a lunch/dinner menu with hot sandwiches and huge salads. Try the Buffalo cauliflower appetizer- it's almost better than hot wings.
I had to get over that because the food is so consistently quality. Every single item I have tried has been memorable.
The coffee is very good, consistent and fairly priced. Be sure to pair it with one of the INCREDIBLE vegan donuts, which are better than any donut I've had elsewhere.
This is a great hangout spot near Guthrie Green and Downtown Tulsa!
This was my first time to eat at Chimera. It was very casual, which was good because we biked there. I was told the prices were a little high, but I found the portions to be generous and the food EXCELLENT. The service was great ... friendly, attentive, and efficient. I will absolutely go back.
