I had a great experience working with Lucas Sanko to buy my new Dodge Challenger. Worked out 90% of the deal via email and phone prior to even visiting the dealership as I had recently had surgery and was on crutches. I drove from Norman because they had the car I wanted at the best price I found within 250 miles. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and I probably met close to ten people there during my purchasing experience. My experience was low pressure and hassle free. I was in and out rather quickly. I was very appreciative of how they bent over backwards to accommodate my temporary "disability".
I always get terrible service here. The people are nice, but that's where the customer service ends. Left my car 9.5 hours and they "forgot to change the oil." Brought it back and left it 8 hours and they never repaired or ordered the tire. Called me 5 minutes before I was due to pick it up to tell me nothing had been done. This has happened many times before too. Manager is treated like the Pope, they protect him from speaking to the customers at all costs. I'll never buy another car from them.
Recently picked up a dodge r/t 2016 from this location. Lucas was amazing to work with and I would clearly recommend him to anyone who loves cars and is looking for an honest, accurate opinion. I bought my car sight unseen after conversing with Lucas. He sent me pictures, details on the car, his opinion on car condition (which was excellent) and answered any question I had. He knew car history details and was completely informed which made me very comfortable. He picked me up at the airport also which was a nice bonus. Altogether, he and the finance manager Tracey made this purchase so easy and I got the car I wanted, loaded with features.
