This is a very positive, high energy mega-church, with an auditorium that holds 4,000 people. The services are somewhat like a Las Vegas show, so for people wanting a more intimate setting it can be a bit overwhelming (hence a 4 rating versus a 5). But it IS inspiring and a great place to connect with other Christians. Plus, they have lots of connect groups to offer support for many types of people, to accommodate their needs. It has a very positive and healthy vibe, and I've never been treated rudely by anyone there.
Be led by your spirit......you will never be the same.
I was born again at a VCC women's bible study in 1985 and joined the church shortly after.
I truly found the Holy Trinity through the amazing teaching of Billy Joe and the loving and caring staff. It changed my life.
I've experienced a huge amount of wisdom, deliverance, mentorship, encouragement, anointing and sat under the best preaching in the free world. This is where anyone can come in and enjoy the sweet, sweet presence of Jesus with us!
This was my third visit to Victory Christian Center and it will be my last one. A very kind generous Catholic lady had recommended this church to me. She was true good Samaritan to me when was homeless. I was visiting the church last Sunday and went into the prayer room, three women that I have met previously and know the same Catholic woman. In the prayer room I overheard them saying terrible things about this woman. They were saying that the Catholic Church is brainwashing and poisoning her. They were not praying instead that were gossiping and slandering this lovely Catholic woman. She is also single mother to disable son. She is one of the most generous sincere Christian woman I have ever met. She has help many women from victory get jobs. In addition, also helped me when no one else would. I went to the dream center trying to get my electric bill paid however, they could not help me. However, I called the Catholic Church and immediately they brought me a bed, pillows and sheets and sofa. I only had call one time and everything was deliver to me. That same Catholic woman is still helping me a year later. I am so disappointed with Victory. I cannot believe that these group of women acted like 7 grade teenage and they are grown adults in 50's and 60's. The Holy Spirit is so disappointed in this. The Holy Spirit wants the Protestant Church and Catholic Church to work together we are body of Christ. Suspicion causes division. This Catholic woman spent her own money 270.00 to buy groceries for part time employee of Victory and paid her 50 dollar electric bill. This Catholic woman only made 500 dollars on her paycheck when she helped this Victory Christian Center Church employee. The Catholic Church in my mind has proven to be the better Good Samaritan.
Go and experience for yourself.
As Pastor Paul says it's all about Loving God and Loving People and this family (Church family) exemplifies this to the FULLEST from the Founding Pastor's down. You truly are here on purpose and indeed you have a purpose. So I challenge you whom may be reading this to just make that one step coming to attend a service or 2 and you will not go out the same .
In 1997 we relocated to Kansas.
I truly miss this wonderful loving church!
