Millers Superior Electric left giant holes in my wall and refused to repair. Matt claimed to have warned me that "you never know what you're going to get with old houses". Well the 16''X10" hole in the wall is way more extensive than "chipping beyond the plate", which is what he advised me about up front. I was prepared to deal with chipping plaster, but not the wide-spread destruction I was left with. I have drill holes where the drill went off track in 2 different places, the hole cut for the chandelier is too big; the hole cut for the switch plate--twice the size of the plate. It's truly shocking, and Matt would do absolutely nothing to work with me on this. His response was that he already had too much money in this job, and he was not going to "eat this". Quality, customer service, yeah--no, Millers is collecting the check and getting out of there.
Had a sagging powerline in my backyard and needed someone to come hang it back up to it's original height. Called and left a message, never got a return call. Called again two days later and still couldn't get a hold of anyone. Same experience with some other electrician company as well. Is it that hard to get a hold of an electrician in the owasso area?
Did not find my electrical problem and charged me to try and find it and fix things that were not a problem.
Matt knows his stuff. I showed him what I needed. He got me fixed up and going for a good price. I have since referred him to family and friends and he delivered for them as well.
This is on an older house that they made one of the breaker box into a junction box. That was fine. However 2 rooms were then made 220, we had to call them back after we found out. They techs went off wire size instead of checking. Also when the junction box was made they cut the line off from the house that went to it and left it to the pole claiming it was the electric companies. It is on our side of the meter and should have been removed. They want more money to come back to finish. Bad Customer service and careless techs. Won't recommend
