One person was really helpful, the other not at all. She answered the phone "yes?" Quite rudely when I had called and I had to ask if I called the UPS. I asked if I could give them my tracking number to have the ticket printed off because I had already paid for shipping but my printer wasn't working, and she said I could log into the store computer to print it off and it would cost $1.10. Okay I guess.. seems to be a copy/print center also so I'm not going to argue. But when I got there she wasn't helpful at all and just assumed I had done all of this before. It was a pain to print the ticket out, but I got it done. The second lady, older with blonde hair, came in just after I printed the ticket and fixed everything up quickly with a good attitude.
Been to this location a few times to ship packages. Always a pleasant experience.
The lady was very knowledgeable and friendly and suggested to keep receipt to stop further issues. I was happy she let me know what was happening the whole time. #Thumbsup

Terrible experience last tax year. A week before my returns were due, I sent several returns certified from this UPS store. Their staff person quite unpleasant, was NOT attentive and failed to actually apply the postage (for which I was charged) to my returns. The local post office, where this store forwards their mail, notified my accountants on April 14 that they had my returns with no postage applied. I had to cancel my checks and paid online to avoid penalties. The store refunded my postage, but no apology. The same employee is there - perhaps the owner?
