Awful Customer Service. I have never in my life been treated so poorly by so many different people representing the same company. If you make a mistake and agree to sign a contract with this awful company, you will regret if every day. If you ever have any questions or a need to call the corporate headquarters, you will be treated like dirt and then hung up on. There are plenty of other gyms that are far nicer and cost less and require no contract. I suggest you look elsewhere for a gym or tanning salon.
