Went this morning to begin my free trial at 6:20am. Trainer was a no-show. Lady at the desk said the trainer had gotten home late the night before and had decided to sleep in. No phone call. No email. Lady told me I could "work out if I wanted to or whatever." Don't blame the economy if your business fails; blame your shotty customer service.
