Absolutely the worst customer service, arrogant rude and uninterested in selling to customers off the street, I would not go back for anything from this business .
Went in just to look. Prices are fantastic. Supermarket size selection on everything tile. Came out with 150 sq ft of 6x12 marble tiles for under 1k. Took delivery today, stunned at the quality. Looks like beach sand on the Gulf coast. Dealt with two different employees. One while buying (thanks Rebekah!), the second for pickup. Super friendly. Plan to shop there again.
Employees were very unhelpful and rude. Felt like we being talked down too. Would not recommend.

I'm not sure why all of the bad reviews on customer service.. every time I've been in they've been nothing but kind and VERY helpful even on my smallest project. I will go here from now on redoing my rental houses.
