I NEVER GOT EITHER DRESS BACK! AND I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK ON EITHER DRESS!!!!!!! Not even on the amount I paid for their AWFUL DRY CLEANING.
Absolutely horrible customer service!! Manager of the store was rude to me and actually hung up while I was talking her. This is not the first time that I have had issue with DeHoney's. I will never go back to them and I highly advise that you don't use them for your dry-cleaning needs either.
For all those attending Arabian/ Half Arabian US Nationals in Tulsa, DO NOT use this cleaner to clean your very expensive show clothes. I took my Show Seasons clothing in for dry cleaner. Specifically pointed out that the outfits were very expensive and needed to be dry cleaned. After picking them up upon hanging them I noticed that the pants felt odd, they had not only been washed they had been pressed so as to ruin them. I put them on and they had shrunk at least a size. The color, silk et al was completely destroyed. As these cleaners are not open on weekends I had to wait till Monday to call them, Jackie who remembered the pants and order said she would have Adam the manager contact me. It is now almost 2 weeks not only have I not been contacted I can't get him to return or answer my calls. I called again this morning and was assured that Adam will call me back. No calls. DO NOT USE THEM. IT is going to cost about $900 to replace a brand new used only for one show pants. Thank goodness I didn't give them my jacket. They are not reliable nor dependable. IF I get a call back or a resolution to this issue as replacing the damaged items I will update this Yelp review but until that time, no alternative than to warn others not to use this cleaners. If I cold give no stars or minus stars I would.
Well, lets see I took them three pieces of clothing. Two dresses - they messed up both of the dresses. One the got a hole in it. Then they tried to "fix" the hole by making a seam on one side that did not match the other side. It then made the dress pull to one side. I ended up having to reBUY the $125 dress. The second dress they mixed the red and white ---- then they told me I did it because I sweated on the dress. But where the "sweat" stain was --- it was on the outside trim that did not actually touch my skin.
Extremely poor customer service. The woman was rude to me without provocation.
I have tried very hard to support this local small business, but I have to face reality that they cannot get the simplest of stains out (makeup or even a water mark). I have given them credit in the past that maybe they missed the stain, but this time I specifically pointed all out. I just picked up a white blazer that they hung next to a black blouse. OF COURSE the black dye bled onto the white blazer. I guess common sense is not so common. Go somewhere else.
If they would like to contact me I would love to have closure on this.
