I made my financial situation well aware before coming into the office. The attorney in question told me it would be $350 to be seen. It took me a while to save it up and i was hoping that I could really get help from this lawyer bc they were highly recommended by a former client. The lawyer in question didn't seem to listen to me at all but rather rushed through the consultation not really hearing my concerns. After all was said and done I was told I would have to have the rest of the retainer before they would file. I understand how law firms work but I wish I would have been told this before I handed over the $350. Or they could have said they couldn't help me when i told them my situation. I feel robbed. Now I have to start back at square one with very little time or means. I'm sure this office is great at what they do. But a little disappointed with how I was treated
Initially I met with Mr. Robert Fry, who was insightful and provided incredible clarity on several unique complexities being faced. Due to some shared personal interests with Melissa Fell, I requested her to be my practicing attorney. Wow, I could not have asked for a better team! Melissa was focused on my goal of moving ahead and helped navigate several pitfalls. She was an incredible listener, supportive confidante, as well as an encouraging partner in this incredibly difficult process. She is the consummate professional, and in my case, was tasked with an l incredibly tight deadline. She was able to find alternatives to meet my deadline, which created a positive high-impact financial situation. While I would never wish someone to be in need of a divorce attorney, if you do, my experience here was stunningly positive. I'd spoke with 4 other groups, and though the initial consult here is not free, it is worth borrowing money to get good representation!

My experience with Shane Henry, Aaron Bundy, & Melissa Fell at Fry & Elder was wonderful. They all handled my divorce/custody case with open communication and attention to detail. I never felt put off. They answered my questions with honesty and in a timely manner. I was in a high conflict situation and they were able to settle out of court. I would recommend them to anyone!
If I could give this firm a negative five star I would. Aaron B. of Fry & Elder has been working on a wreck involving my wife. The case has been going on for 2 years. During this period I have called the firm multiple times to speak to Aaron. My calls were only returned once in two years. We were told that the firm and insurance company had came to a conclusion. They told us the amount and we told them that we would review this. After weeks of back and forth we were tired of wasting our time with this POS law firm. We finally said that we would settle on the determined amount. We were aware of a $400-$500 dollar doctor bill that would come out of the settlement, which was reduced to $250. So we go to the firm today 8/4/17 to accept the check for the settlement. We were nicely greeted at the front desk. But, we reviewed the check and it had been reduced by another $1,834.78 without us knowing this prior to accepting the settlement. The check was also dated 7/30/16. Now since we have agreed to the settlement we are now screwed out of another sum of money. This firm is a joke. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE WORTHLESS PEOPLE.
