Good selection and prices. They always treat me well.
Very rude customer service from the woman that works there (perhaps manages it?). I rarely give negative feedback, in most I'd rather say nothing at all, but I was so humiliated by this woman that I hope to spare anyone else encountering her. I am from out of state and was unaware of laws prohibiting children from entering the store with their parents. She yelled at me from across the store in front of my daughter's and all the customers, demanding that I leave. It was very unprofessional and could have been handled in a much kinder way. I spent the drive back to our hotel explaining to my kids that some individuals are just miserable people and do not know how to treat others respectfully.
The staff are helpful. Owner helped me choose a Champagne and a lovely red to braise my coq au vin. Nothing fancy but knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
Pros: Best hard to find high end bourbon selection in Tulsa. Big selection of beer & willing to order or stock almost anything. Cons: Cashiers can be very rude. Doors, curbs, & turnstiles makes handicapped access impossible. Manager &/or owner is an in your face Texas Longhorn fanatic. 2x sales possible with good customer relations.
