for the most part our pizza is always correct and tastes good. Christopher always takes like 30 minutes to prepare our order though (info from the pizza tracker in the app). there was one time the delivery person dropped our pizza face down on the ground. no coupon, discount, or refund was offered or given.
Pizza is dry and burned, ordered 2 hand tossed medium pizza's and they gave us thin crust. On one of the pizzas, I ordered pepperoni and bell peppers, which I order all the time. Usually the bell peppers are sliced and they give you a nice amount. This time, the bell peppers are diced so tiny, almost minced, and not very much... a teaspoon, at best. Had it delivered and it arrived cold. From the time it came out of the oven until the time they left the store with it, was about 20 mins. Took another 20 minutes for them to get here. That's nearly an hour my pizza's were just sitting there. Very disappointed.
Customer service is ridiculous! I found a coupon online and called to have an order delivered, since that’s not an option in the app. The lady informed me there was no such coupon. Except I was looking at the coupon while I had her on the phone. When I told her I would just go through the app and place the order she said, “Okay.” And then hung up.
I don’t know what’s changed over the last few months but your customer service needs to change, or I’ll start going to Pizza Hut next door.
I love Domino's and ordered 2 large pizzas for carry out tonight, one was a pepperoni, bacon and sausage. After driving home, we quickly realized it was wrong, pepperoni, Italian sausage and jalapeno. The correct toppings were actually printed on the box.. When we called back to see if they could deliver the correct pizza or refund us, they were completely apathetic and unwilling to make it right. They expected me to drive all the way back to fix their mistake and didn't even consider a refund. I don't know if it was the experience that left a bad taste in my mouth, or if it really was the worst dominoes I've had in forever. But, in my experience, the locations off Houston and Harvard have been significantly better. I definitely won't be going to this location again.
I would absolutely never recommend you order a pizza from here. I’d recommend you chew on the grass from your lawn, or beg random people for food before calling this dominos for food. They will deliver 1-2 hours late, give ridiculous excuses for why the food is late or didn’t show up, and still charge you for said pizza.
