Over Priced on Tickets and Concessions. They push you to join some special "club" that they offer and they want you name and other information. If your not a member of their "club" there are no free refills on large popcorn and drinks and you have too wait in longer lines. What is wrong with these people, can I not go see a movie with my wife without someone tracking in their computer which movie we saw and what I purchased from the concession? Mind your own business. I will take my business elsewhere.
This theater let us borrow their spacious 2nd floor for a birthday party before a movie. They set up a couple of tables and only asked that we clean up after ourselves. Fantastic staff, great movie theater.
One of my favorite theatres. Always be sure to buy tickets online a few days in advance for popular movies!! I love the reserved and reclined seatings. Staff is always very friendly and the theatre is very clean.
I attempted to go on a date with my boyfriend to this place. They wouldn’t let us see the movie I wish to see. He has an ID and I didn’t. They said due to me not having an ID I couldn’t see the movie. They treated me very disrespectfully. We then decided to chose a different movie and noticed they’re all rated R. This movie theater is not friendly towards anyone under the age of 21. This theater does not even deserve a one star.
We enjoy this theater and almost always go here for movies, but I have one major complaint. If I purchase my tickets online and print them at the outdoor kiosk, I don't want to then have to go inside and wait in line behind people who are purchasing or picking up tickets, just so that I can have my ticket torn. They need to have a person posted who tears tickets for those customers who picked them up at the window or outdoor kiosk so that those customers can go right in. Today we went to see a movie. No one was at the window. No problem; I printed our tickets at the kiosk. Then when we went inside, we had to wait in line for over 5 minutes behind people who were purchasing tickets. There is no reason I should have had to wait. This completely defeats the purpose of being able to print the tickets at the kiosk. It was a waste of time that could have been spent purchasing our concessions. I asked the gentleman at the desk why I had to wait just to have my ticket torn and he explained that every ticket has to be verified. I completely understand this, but they should provide an employee to do this job. As a result of this, by the time we got out of this line, purchased concessions and got into the theater, previews had already started. Not a huge deal but we do like to see the previews, and for people who like to miss the previews and come in just as the show is starting, this poses an issue of missing some of the movie. Do better, AMC.
