Where things go awry is the billing dept. As a caution to anyone else looking to hire them, be careful about the per hour labor rate they advertise. When booking, pay special attention to charges like gas charges, travel time charges, and packing materials charges. In our case, we moved within ten minutes from our previous residence and were charged $91.26 in gas charges, and $169 in travel time charges. which I understand from the point of view that you wanna ensure a guaranteed pay of an hour for the hassle of sending a truck and the crew out, but to tack this on when you've worked for 3 hours is simply outrageous. I honestly can't think of another business where you put in 3 hours and get paid for 4. Plus $70 in packing materials even though we specifically asked we only need help moving and not packing. This is all before you even get into the labor charges for which we were charged 3.5 labor hours, even though the crew showed up at 8am sharp and left at 10:51am. I noted down the arrival and departure time with the crew lead, knowing that we were being charged on hourly basis.
They stepped up on very short notice. Less than 18 hours notice since Two Men and a Truck lost my reservation which was set two weeks in advance, Two Men and a Trucked failed to follow up, and All My Sons came through for me when I was put in a bind by the other company. The staff was a pleasure to work with and they provided extra help too. I appreciated all they did and was extremely pleased with their efforts. I recommend them, and ask for Maurice! He has a great crew and he hustles for you and your experience.
It was an extremely professional move from the moment I got the quote. I've never had a move go so smoothly. The guys they sent out were hard workers and very knowledgeable. Couldn't have asked for a better group of guys! I will definitely be using them again when I find my new place.
All in all, the move cost us $307/hour and not $169 they will happily advertise. So there you have it. The good: professional crew, is greatly outweighed by the bad: the billing practice.
The office staff are great they are very supportive and listen to the customer at all times. The price is great and they workers are very professional fast and get the job done. The drivers maurice, marcell, Tyler, Josh does a great job at leading their crew to get the move finished at a timely manner. I recommend this company to who needs a wonderful moving experience.

The crew assigned to us arrived on time, was courteous and professional. Most items got transported without damage, so we are happy with that aspect of the service.
Maurice my sister driver and his crew are so professional, we used another company before and it was not good at all. This company is so nice and welcoming I could trust they would take care of her stuff and they did. Everything was packed very good and everything arrived very fast. The crew did not talk and waste my sister valuable money. I definitely recommend All my sons moving and storage company.
