I would never recommend Residential Repair Extremely rude and they will cut corners when it comes to material.

Do you relish the idea of being told by your General Contractor’s Staff that they have no idea what is going on with their own crews and they will have to call you back later? Do you get pleasure from hearing a day later, “Oh, you mean no one called you back yet?”

Do you take pleasure in calling your General Contractor when his crews or sub-contractors do not show up at the scheduled time or at all?
Residential Repair came to my house on March 23 to give me an estimate on a small roofing and carpentry repair. After 30 days, I had heard nothing from "Bo" who was much better at talking than listening. I sent RR an email about 10 days ago, explaining the situation. Still no response.
Time to move on.
One last thing, when they tell you a job will last 4 days, be prepared for it to last 4 weeks instead!
