A Recently opened store, they have really good prices and are in a great spot. The staff are nice and the store is always clean. We get all of our pet products here.
Pushing a cart out of the store loaded down with large bags of animal food is a pain because of the stories outside. Workers are nice and knowledgeable.
Great place but no dogs
Nice selection, however not impressed with the grooming staff. Partially my fault for thinking after 4 yrs of using the same groomer that this would be a cake walk. I just wanted his nails clipped, they did the back but when they did the front he started whining (he is a huge baby its what he does) so they just gave up. They did offer to muzzle, and they did refund my money. However, giving up so easily just because there were other dogs is not great customer service in my opinion, i became frustrated and left with my refund. We were there for no longer then 15 minutes and back out the door again with half clipped nails that are now in desperate need of grinding because they are so jagad. Manager was great, the grooming staff just needs more patience, because i know my dog is not the only one who hates to have his nails clipped.
