I couldn't ask for a better pharmacy. The owner of the business is a great and friendly guy. He interacts with the customers to make things right. His staff is fast and prompt. They have your refills done within minutes. I never had a problem with them since I been doing business with them.
I went in yesterday to get a special formula for my daughter. (Neocate) Freeland Brown is the only place that carries it in Tulsa and I was happy to learn they accept WIC on special medical formulas. I walked in and was approached by a lady who asked me if I needed help with anything. I told her why I was there and she said she could help me. I told her how many cans I needed and she went back to get them. I walked around the store for awhile looking around because I had never been in there before and wanted to see their selection of products. When I was done I approached the counter again and she helped me carry the boxes out to my truck. She introduced herself as Jennifer and we shook hands. She was incredibly polite, professional, went above and beyond what I've come to expect from customer service. The store is neat and orderly. It's clean, the selection of products is really nice. They aren't over priced. Everyone I talked to was very nice and very professional. I will definitely be doing all my future pharmacy needs with them!
My mother in law broke her ankle and needed a knee scooter, but they had closed their cash drawers (early) and weren't willing to wait 10 minutes to make a 200 dollar sale. Great business ethics and customer service there, guess I'll spend my money somewhere where they may not care about my problems, but will make a sale. Seems to me it was more important to get home early instead of helping someone in need. Walmart may not care about my problems, but at least they sell me what I need, and for a better price I might add. Enjoy your early dinner, I'll make sure my family and friends know not to waste their time or money here. By the way, why do you close at 6 when you hours say you're open until 7? Thanks for nothing.
The drive thru is easy to get in and & out of, compounding too!
Used them for quite some time until I realized that I got a generic for my prescription that was only to be filled with brand name. I called from work to let them know and say that I'd be back in the next morning to exchange for the correct item. I got a run around with them saying that it couldn't have happened because the record showed I got, and paid for, brand version and they could only exchange it if I returned immediately. Sure enough, I had paid the higher price so I told them I expected to see a delivery person immediately with my correct prescription since I was already at work and it was their mistake. Long story short, it took a manager to get my correct medication delivered and the person was very unpleasant. I figured it was just a fluke and wrote it off until two prescriptions later when it happened again. Same runaround even though I was still at the drive through window and had checked right when it was handed out to me! Seriously? They tried argue still and say was I sure I had paid for the brand name and it took three people almost 20 minutes to finally get my correct medication that I HAD paid for. Watch out!
