Looks like most the 5 star reviews are from employees. Which isn't aloud on goggle reviews. Just take an Uber or Lyft after reading about and researching this company sounds like a joke and rippoff you'll have a ride in 5 minutes or less in most cases with uber and or Lyft.

I have used Joy Ride a few times, but the last time definitely did it for me. The driver came to my place and had two other people with him. He said that he brought them because he had never been to my part of town before and felt more comfortable with his friends there. Trust me, I DO NOT live on the bad side of town. My friend that I had with me was very uncomfortable and did not want to ride with them. I would have appreciated a phone call informing me that two extra people would be in the vehicle. I felt it was unprofessional.
