Ask a question and get a attitude w your answer
I spoke to a woman who 1) wasn't very smart, 2) refused to listen to anything I had to say, and 3) was extremely rude to me. She told me she didn't have time to hear what I had to say because there were people at her window! I hope if I go down there in the morning I can speak to someone with at least half of a brain!
Useless...beyond useless. Call for a noise complaint and was told I would have to pay to have the cops do their job and show up.
