Worst USPS experience I've ever had. We just moved to a new home and have had 3 packages not delivered because "our home is inaccessible" and "our address is not eligible". Both of which are untrue (FedEx nor UPS have any issues delivering and I've watched our mail truck drive right by stopping at other houses). No one answers the phone despite calling at least 15 times.
Absolutely ridiculous! I tried calling this post office for 4 hours!!! The phone would just ring and ring and then after awhile it would just give me a busy signal! I had to file a claim with the USPS customer service to see about why my package tracking number says it was delivered but it’s not in my mailbox or at my apartment complex’s office! I am so mad because if I can’t find my package I don’t know if I’ll be able to get ahold of products due to the fact they are limited edition run! I have a stepmom who is a postmaster and this is straight up ridiculous!
watched the mail carrier put a missed delivery slip in my mailbox when he never bothered leaving his vehicle and coming to my door. Tried to call to complain but the phone is off the hook with a busy signal. Tried to e-mail a complaint to USPS customer service but when I submitted the complaint it threw me an error and told me to try again later. Just ridiculous...
I always feel comfortable here. They provide advice about the cheapest or most appropriate way to send, even if it's not through them. Always an easy experience.
If I could give them zero stars I would. They don't answer the phone. They're rude. They lose packages. The one time they did answer the phone they hung up on me. I don't even live in Tulsa anymore and this post office keeps redirecting the mail of someone in my old neighborhood to my house in a completely different county. And I can't even get anyone on the phone to get it corrected. Very dissatisfied.
Even the main Tulsa USPS told me how awful they are when I've called them trying to get answers. I will be driving to their office tomorrow and making someone speak to me.
