Great service at the bar. The young man was super attentive with his skills. I'd go back for his service. Great job
Great food. Kind service i enjoyed my trip very much. The food tasted yummy and the drinks were fun! The video games are fun for the kids.
We stopped by to have an appetizer and a drink. The place was pretty empty and the service was poor. When we finally got our food 25 minutes after ordering, it was barely warm. When we asked to see the manager, it took an additional 8 minutes for them to locate her. She didn't seem to take the complaint serious enough to do anything about it other than remove the food from the bill that was not worth eating to begin with (and we didn't eat it). She didn't even apologize for the poor service or acknowledge the inconvenience. She offered to have the order redone, but who is willing to wait another 25 Minutes? Wonder why companies are failing? Managers should be trained to manage what is going on around them. I will never eat in this establishment again.
The 6oz steak sure is small... What ever sauce is on food is gross steamed broccoli is not suppose to be so dry that you can see it when you look at it it so crunchy from being dried out.. The mash pototaes are ok but that's cause I'm hungry overall its freaking gross and if it wasn't 11 I'd complain and go somewhere else also bathrooms are gross does no one clean your not busy and smells like cat piss.
Great late night specials. Hot food. Exactly what I wanted.
