Love this chili's. We very rarely have had a problem here, and if we have it was taken care of immediately by either the wait staff or the manager, if it was out of the wait staff's area to handle. We visit our favorite chili's probably once a week most weeks, sometimes more.
My waitress was fantastic! The service was exceptional, she was attentive, prompt with everything we asked of her. Great job!!
A bit pricey, order ribs, you get 4 ribs and some overcooked fries only and 1 of the ribs is so dry you cant bite into it. The waiter didnt even ask which 1 of the 5 sauces i wanted. Took 25 mins to get my order and there were only 10 people in the restaurant. Not worth your time or money in my opinion. I would be better off with M.R.E.'s
I'm not food aggressive by any means but it's irritating when I pay extra for onion rings and receive five old, cold onion rings with my order. I'm not in the mood to deal with traffic and waste gas going back for a pick up order there for I won't call and complain and make someone's day hard. But just be aware that you may be screwed over with low quantity and low quality food.
The margarita grilled chilled chicken was a low calorie choice and was very fillling. I was not able to eat the entire serving. Workers very attentive.
