Great fun for the kids! Pizza was actually delicious! Awesome staff! My daughter started to have a fit when we were leaving and had to wait for her dad, while watching all the kids she started to get upset. A staffer said "hey look!" And used the glow wand to show her the "invisible" stamp on her hand and she had her mind blown : ) she was happy from then on and left nicely! The staff knows how to handle any situation ❤ I even had fun!
I loved everything about this place!!!! Games are readable and my boy and i had fun for 2 hours on $12. Food was a little hi but the games rock! I miss the tokens though.
I am not a fan of the new coin cards. They are a joke. Kids do not understand to only swipe once. I just watched a handful of kids swipe swipe swipe swipe and walk off. I mean this place was a money trap before but its soo much worse now. And half of the machines were glitching and would not work right. I eant the traditional coins back. I wont return. Such a waste. They always change something that works just fine and screw up the whole system.
I haven't been here in at least 10 years, and I don't know if there is a new owner or what, but it was cleaner and more vibrant than I remember it. The staff was great. The only time there was an "issue" was when a guy didn't want to dance, but hey, that's super understandable. Otherwise everyone was hyped, clean, and did everything with excellence. :-)
Paid for the super duper party where the parents can sit back and relax- WHAT A JOKE! Our host was horrible, took long on everything, worked my caboose off-- was offered some vouchers for our next visit AS IF I would ever go back! Huh. And that bathroom was disgusting. And I complained. and complained. Nothing. Nobody cleaned it the entire 3 hours I was there.
