I think this place has potential and is in a great location, but come on! Get your 'stuff' together!!!
We ate here for the first time about 3 weeks ago. The wings were good flavored, however lacking sauce. I decided to try and place a to go order this evening and pick it up. The app, as well as the website, doesn't even recognize Tulsa as a location so I had to choose Texas to be able to even see a menu. After finally deciding what I wanted, I called the number to place an order - no answer. Called again with the same result. Ended up calling in an order at BWW.
Decided to try the new wing place in town and we were a bit disappointed. The server we had was very inattentive and forgot to bring our salad. It took until we were nearing the end of our meal to check in with us and bring it out. The salad (Cesar) came overdressed and was disappointing but was just their side salad. The wings themselves were good but the flavors we tried were disappointing. The teriyaki wings tasted burnt, the strawberry hot tasted like Chinese duck sauce, and the medium were good. They were also out of their Sam Adams beer. We were definitely not blown away by our first visit but will visit in the future and hopefully have a better experience!
I have absolutely nothing but GOOD things to say about this place!!! When you first walk in the decor is amazing. I love the feel and the look of it. Then Sam greets you and he is the sweetest thing. He is quick and friendly and always has a smile on his face. My favorite waitress is Mariah. She's extremely friendly and definitely does everything to take care of you! You can always find the GM Jason working and helping too! The food is DELICIOUS!!!!!! The wings are crispy and juicy and meaty, just the way i like it! The meatball sliders melt in your mouth they are so good!!! This has become our favorite place!! People just have to realize they opened up only 2 months ago so don't of course things aren't perfect ALL the time! Give them a chance, you won't be disappointed!!!!
Waitress was also the bartender and was very unwelcoming and when she asked a question my wife tried to answer and she walked away while she was still talking. Food was bad overcooked burger no seasoning on it and the Philly steak had a weird flavor to the seasoned meat. The fries were the only good part of the meal very crisp. The appetizer combo plate was bad the onion rings were overcooked the potatoes wedges were soft and unappealing the cheese sticks were ok chicken tenders were ok half good half dry. Zucchini sticks good. Will not go back unless free can't turn down free food that's just me and my wife's opinion.
This place has excellent food at an incredible price. I've gone almost every Tuesday since they've opened to get their All-you-can-eat wings. It's $14.99, but round it up to at least $20.00 after tip and drink. This place has the best wings I've eaten--And I'm practically a wing connoisseur!
