$17 for Lotus Spring Rolls. Too much money for the small serving of food. Nice atmosphere. Simple decor.
The Pure Food and Juice Cafe in Tulsa is truly a fabulous place for eating beautiful, delicious and nutritious food. I had the Smoked Avocado Soup and Green Dragon Sushi Roll with an amazing almond sauce. Everything was wonderful and I will be going back to eventually try everything on their menu!
The food was fine. We ordered a single espresso, cappuccino, a smoothie and avocado toast. While we were not in a hurry, we were there for over 45 minutes before receiving our food. Not sure if it was just a supply issue (they brought in a number of bags from a local grocery store about 30 minutes in to our visit) but better communication would be appreciated in the future. Again, the food was good but the service was far too slow for what we ordered
Though slightly out of the way, I stopped in the morning on my way to work to try a coconut drink that I'd heard was really good. My practice is having a few holiday gatherings coming up and I was considering this as a possible catering option. When I walked in and told the man at the front that I was wanting a coconut drink to go he pointed to the pre-packaged ones in the fridge. I could see that the drink had a couple inches of separation on the bottom of them and I wanted to try a fresh one. He seemed frustrated that I wasn't wanting a premade drink and told me that it was "my choice, but a fresh one would take a while" and I was "welcome to wait." I think there are a lot of ways to deliver less than favorable information to customers and he certainly missed the mark. I'll be treating my team to another place that places value on my business.
Mexican food is my all time favorite food"..this place has the best enchiladas! Burgers and nachos are great too. Friendly place and very clean!
