Simple, fast, and very good food! The staff is very friendly and attentive. This is the only restaurant in the downtown area that offers comfort food. One of my new favorite places!
Service was great! Everyone was super friendly!! My chicken could of used a bit more seasonings for flavor. Portions were big, i wasnt even able to clean my plate.

If you're looking for good homestyle cooking, this is a great place. The wait time from order to plate runs a bit long, but it's because everything is cooked as you order it.
Great food that isn't to salty, decent customer service. Prices are ok, but understandable given the location. I appreciate the family continuing the Wanda J legacy of great food that I grew up with. Defintely try it out if you are looking for some great soul food.
