Stood by shoes for 20 minutes without being helped - new exactly what I wanted - 2 salesmen were free - one was on his phone - the other was looking through receipts at the counter - first time in the store - not coming back.
I'm really disappointed. I've been running for years and always wore NB. I don't think this store caters to runners any longer though. There were mostly older ladies in the store and the selection for walking shoes was vast, while I was left with few options and fewer colors in those. I was told that I need a special insole to go with my high priced running shoes when I never had any issues with my feet. I'm afraid it was just an in-store upsell for commission.
