Store & Glasses Great! THEY are a 5 star.. HOWEVER, Oakley/Luxottica Warranty program HORRIBLE! Because of this, its a 1 star review. What should have been a 4- 6 week process have been over 3 months and will go at least 2 more months. Luxottica has made mistakes at ever turn, and don't care. They will outright lie to you about reserving things. They will have multiple people promise to have senior management call you and over a week later, no phone calls. Bottom line, the local store is wonderful, but if you exceed the timeframe for store to process warranty work, you can kiss getting what you want goodby. The glasses I want are instock at this store, yet Luxottica wont approve getting them from retail, even though its going to take multiple more months before they could mail me a pair. #wishstoremanagercouldhelp If this gets resolved, I'll up the review in stars, but right now I am at 1 star.
Store is cool with nice products but the customer service is awful. They are pretty rude if you have an issue with a product
had an awesome experience in woodland hills location. znick was the most helpful person i’ve dealt with. was having a difficult time finding sunglasses but he brought out multiple sunglasses for me to look at. amazing customer service and will be back again cause of it.
