Me and my wife love Rack Room!!! We(mainly she) find a lot of great deals on shoes there!
I like the different options from online to in store. It's also nice that I can order shoes online and if for some reason they don't fit or you don't like them then you can take them to the store and trade them out
The store reps greeted me and when i said im just browsing and didnt need any help they start following me around the entire store like i came in here to steal something cause im black...when the white lady came in and said the same thing they left her tf alone...racist assholes!
Ian from the Tulsa Hills Shopping Center location was very helpful and patient, whereas the unknown female associate acted like I was invisible. She gets a negative five star rating and although both of them receive Affirmative Action, as only Caucasian men don't; she was useless. The public restroom was much more convenient than she was! This store is better than Famous Footwear and Payless ShoeSource for men's shoes, believe it!
They are friendly and very helpful make you fell like you want to come back again.
