good restaurants in here already and I wish there were more. I know of 2 who have wanted to start locations here and could not.
Not many name brand retailers in this location.
I love shop eat and explore here, however, sometimes getting from point a to b can become difficult.
It has a lot of open spots which could be filled with restaurants very easily if they would just come on rent price. They have been vacant for a long time.
Nice area. Clean and safe. I wish the Handicap Parking spots were closer to entrance of Ternary.
Nice small shopping area - many good restaurants with a few shopping stores.
