Great beautiful arena with a goid amount of seats (pretty comfortable) they should update the sinks in their restrooms though the faucets are to close to the back part of the sink.
Absolutely great concert venue. Big shows come through here... Sound is great. Seating is great as well. Staff is very friendly. On a recent visit there, the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. For a busy show, expect to park a couple of blocks away and pay somewhere between $10 and $40...
I watched a great show but more than once I was left completely confused by the staff. It was as though it was everyone's first day where they try to help but they are as confused as I was. The ladies working the concession stand did not know how to make their dishes (which were listed on the menu behind them). When we stop someone pushing a giant trash can to ask which side to enter our section they literally just guessed like we were doing.
Went to the Thunder game this evening with my husband and 18 month old daughter. My main issue is this. The isles are very narrow, and there are no cup holders. We bought two bottled drinks along with our meal. The vender threw away our caps even though we requested that he left them on our drinks. He stated that it was BOK policy, so that people didn't throw their drinks at other people..? We went back to our seats, trying to juggle our daughter, food, and drinks that we normally would have put in our bag to free up our hands. Finally get settled in our seats, putting our drinks on the ground because there are no cup holders to put our open drinks in. Then someone needed to get through to the seats next to us, in the shuffle of trying to get out of the way, the person getting through kicked over my drink. It spilled all over the floor, soaking my diaper bag, it caused my daughter to slip and fall, and waisted a full bottle of overpriced soda. I went back to the vender and explain the situation, they simply shrugged and said that it was BOK policy. It's sad that something as simple as not letting people keep the covers for their drinks, can have such a domino affect of bad outcomes. If you are going to make a policy like this, please at least be accommodating, or install cup holders first.
Is a great venue, crowd flow works really well and there are plenty of bathrooms in easy to get to places. Also a good variety of consessions. Nose bleed seats are a bit snug but the view isn't terrible.
