I communicated with Tom over the phone a few times leading up to my move and he was extremely helpful and responsive. I got to meet him in person today when I finished all my paperwork and he was friendly and organized. I'm glad I found somewhere I trust to store my belongings! Thanks for great service!

Steven helped me on Saturday 4/16/17 and he was professional and quick and very courteous. He took the time to show me the unit to make sure it was the right size even if it meant that I'd need a smaller one...which i didn't but he didn't over sell me. He also made sure my gate code worked and good thing too because it didn't so he fixed it right away to avoid problems when i came to unload our rental truck later. Great rental prices and friendly service
The Yale location was very a convenient location as well as clean, and easy to access. Tom was very helpful through the whole process and couldn't have been more friendly. I highly recommend!
