Very disappointed -- learned today at the airport that I needed an Australian visa for a 4 hour layover in Brisbane. I have missed my very expensive flights to Papua New Guinea, but cannot get in touch with anyone at The Travel Group to help re-book the flights. I sent an e-mail to my agent, and an auto-reply told me that another agent would provide immediate assistance. However, a message to that agent resulted in an auto-reply that my agent was providing immediate assistance. I called the agency phone number multiple times without an answer or even the ability to leave a voice mail message. I have now written the owner/manager based on their website information, but have yet to hear anything. This is totally unacceptable for a travel agency booking international flights. American Airlines cannot help re=book flights made by 3rd party travel agencies.
