After going through this agency I will never do it again. The owner who was all too eager to get our business and help us at first never was in contact with us. He always passed our concerns and questions to another agent in the office who had no clue about or trip and what we wanted. Never when we tried to reach him was he in the office, and when we did finally manage to get a hold of him he sounded put out. The last straw was the way we saw him interact with his employees. His contempt toward the people helping him make his livelihood was appalling and my husband and I had no more interest supporting a businessman who runs a business like that. We could have done just as well booking online.
Barbara is an outstanding travel agent! She went above and beyond to help us in an extremely difficult travel situation. It was crisis time and we were out of state far from home and Barbara got our situation completely resolved for us. We cannot say enough praise for her!! Thanks so much!!
