Terrible Customer Service. Marty never does what she says. I thought paying so much over the internet booking price would be for customer service on this once in a lifetime trip. Save your money! 3 times the cost-FOR NOTHING.
I called and asked for information on flights, hotels, tickets,etc.to Hershey and Philadelphia,PA. I was supposed to receive an email the next day after lunch to compare prices of different options available. Never received the email. Called she was away from her desk and then she as told she was out of the office. When I explained why I did not want to leave a voicemail all that I was told was I understand.
