My DAUGHTER GOT SHOTS WITH OUT MY PERMISSION. My daughter has been going here for over a year now AND we also like seeing DrGreen !! Yesterday she had a appointment for 12 year check up and to get a flu shot . Well they couldn't find her shot records and kept pulling up another child that that child was behind on shots I told the nurse my daughter is up to date and that they have had her shot records since day one that we started. First of all she would not of been aloud in school nor daycare. So they left room to go check again to find her shot records . Mean while we are talking to the dr about other issues and meds then nurse comes back in to ask if we use to live in yukon I said yes 6 years ago. So I'm thinking why they couldn't pull up the last 5 years 4 years with same Dr in Missouri and this last year with this osu clinic. And I had all her medical transferred to osu .well never heard anything back from nurse about her shot records . While talking to Dr about her flu shot he recommend a shot for cervical cancer so 2 shots and lab work was all I knew they where doing. Nurse then comes gets my daughter know I'm sitting there with my other 2 children and she takes her to get shots .when I should of stopped then and should of went with her . Well I'm waiting and waiting 10 to 15 minutes nurse comes and gets me and said she is done and I asked nurse where is my daughter they had her in lab and they gave h st 4 shots and lab work I WAS VERY UPSET THEY GAVE HER 2 SHOTS WITH OUT MY PERMISSION AND I ASKED IS THERE PAPERWORK NURSE SAID NO . NOTHING NOTHING ON THESE SHOTS THEY GAVE MY DAUGHTER NO SHOT RECORDS NOTHING ABOUT THESE SHOTS I'M STILL UPSET AND WAITING for them to call me back at this time This was with MAN DR THAT SHE HAS SEEN TWICE AT THIS CLINIC NEVER AGAIN ...WE DO LIKE DR GREEN AND WE ARE Witing to talk to her.
