It is a great place to take the kids to wear them out and all in all I would say a good experience.
Took my daughter and her friends to Sky Zone's glow jump on 9-8-2017. They had a great time. Me and a few other parents sat comfortably chatting it up while the kids did their thing. All went well and we had a good time.
Took the kids on a Sunday morning at opening and it was not very busy. It was well kept and clean. There were several employees there to watch over the different areas. You will have to purchase socks for 2.00 if you haven't been before so be sure to hang onto them for return trips. My kids did the 1 hour session and it seemed to be enough time for them to enjoy the different activities. They place a sticker on their backs with the time their session ends.
Good place for teens to get their excess energy out in a safe manner. ample seating for parents. ONLY DOWNSIDE IS THAT MUSIC IS TOO LOUD, i have been to several trampoline parks, they play music family friendly amd low so people can talk without yelling. Keep it family friendly but lower your music please and thank you..
Went today with my 2 sons. We've been to several other trampoline parks around the Us and this was definitely the worst one. Awful customer service. But I mainly didnt like that I was charged full price for my baby. Who is obviously a baby (hes 7 months) which I let go, because I figured if they know I'm bringing a baby who could certainly not pass for a toddler in, there's a kids area or I can sit and jump with him. I was clearly mistaken. There was no kids area for toddler and younger, I was yelled at for letting my son crawl in his own square, and I was yelled at for sitting with him. This is the first trampoline place that was a drop your kid off and ignore them place rather than a day with your family place. I sucked it up and we stayed because my older son was having fun. But I wouldn't bring any children under 3 and am hoping to save parents of younger kids their money. Or hopefully the employees see this and will start letting parents know what they're getting into before they waste their money.
There are 4 main areas that were open while we were there. The giant foam pit seemed to be their favorite (6 and 7 years old). I imagine during busier times the 1 hour session might not have been enough.
If it is your first time there you will have to sign a waiver but it was a painless process. They have kiosks setup to make it easy to register and sign the waivers.
I paid $17 dollars for my 1 year old son to jump. I jumped with him for 30 minutes in my arms then they told me I can't do that no big deal. So we sit down in the corner and he is bouncing while I'm sitting with him. And they said I can't do that either. So we wasted $17 for him to not be able to do anything. When the person taking my money knew his age. We will never ever go back worst place to go!!!!
