I love Gardner's! I have been many times and always leave with a basket full of books! Everyone there is extremely kind and helpful. The store is clean, we'll organized, and open reasonable hours. If I get a day off of work, I almost always spend it at Gardner's. I recommend Gardner's to anyone I find who loves to read.
Huge inventory of used books, cds, and vinyl. If you like to browse here is the place. They will even give you credit from your old books to get apply toward your selection. Reasonably priced.
This place is filthy inside. The carpet is disgusting and has ridges and uneven areas that you can trip on. The place smells like dust and on more than one occasion, I had encountered very large spiders here. Now, is Tulsa in need of a good used book store - heck yes. The employees are very friendly and helpful. They often make you a good deal. But, disorganized and dirty, yes. I wish they would move to a better building or just completely clean the place out and start fresh.
This is a great place if you're trying to find a certain books. It's huge. My favorite part about this place is that everyone is so helpful and knows where everything is. There's also a little cafe inside. I like to get Italian Sodas from there!
I love this store. I have asked them if I could live in the store and sadly, they told me no. Anyway. Great place if you're a bibliophile like myself!
