Oh lets no forget that fact that the phone number listed for the local testing center is answered by what sounds like a fax machine.
I signed into my online accout to purchase an Exam, schedule a date to test but I was unable to complete the transaction so I called the 800 number and I kept calling the 800 number for 3 hrs staight with the hopes of rectifying the problem. The CSR service is beyond disapointing and the State should switch to a different Test Service Provider or at least allow fair competition. This might help to improve the level of CSR..
The Company charges plenty of money for it's services and it customers shouldn't have to try this hard to pay for the service.. or lack of service.
