I bought my first car here, I wasn't knowledgeable over cars at all and the guy that sold me the car fed me a bunch of lies, saying that my car was the premium package and had great exhaust system and blah blah blah. I bought the car, and turns out the car is not the premium package and IT DIDN'T HAVE A MUFFLER ON THE EXHAUST which is actually illegal to not have a muffler on your car (I know because I got pulled over for that) and so I told the guy who sold it to me. He said he would get me an exhaust and never did so I ended up buying that.
Somehow pleased with them, I bought a Jetta 2005 but the cluster wasn't working in order for me to buy it they told me they'll fix it, unfortunately it never happened, so I had to get a different car since I couldn't get my $ back, if your buying a car from them just make sure %100 it's working properly, they have a very good mechanic so that's no problem. If they said they'll fix those big or small details, have them do it before signing any paper, I think they can do better business if they organize a little more from top to bottom. But that's just my personal opinion right.
