Regal is so full of it... I hardly ever leave reviews but after hearing what they told my fiance I was livid!.. So we got a car from regal have had it for less then 6 months. Car broke down for the second time just this week. Took it to regal come to find out it's the engine. Keep in mind this is the second time it has broken down. Regal goes on to say that we are 109 miles over our warranty. That they can fix it but for almost $3000. Plus we would still be responsible for paying the normal car payment while they are fixing it which they said could take anywhere from 2-3 weeks. Meaning we would be without a vehicle until they were done whenever that was. Keep in mind we both have jobs kids are in school and we would be responsible for finding another means of transportation. Regal also goes on to say that they feel we are a liability because get this they said we drive too much. Talking about they calculated our miles and we drive over 600 miles a day which is a bold face lie Because both our jobs and the kids schools are not even 5-10 minutes from our house. We have never drove the car out of state and we live in Tulsa. But yet they are saying they might can fix it but basically what would be the point when we drive too much and it would break down again. What car place calculates your miles and tells you that you drive too much??? would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time, money, and yourself a headache and go somewhere else. They will take your money and then act like they did nothing wrong and still expect you to hold up your part of the agreement. Never again!
They are amazing people. I went in and explained my situation and they said no problem we can help you. And they did when others said no. I would recommend them to anyone.
