Meh. A bit expensive as automated washes go. Hard to get in and out of however. If you plan to use the free vacuum, be prepared to wait and have patience trying to maneuver in their tiny lot which requires you to exit into traffic and then renter for the vacuums.
I went to get my car washed. First of all, they wipe your windshield, mirrors, and back window before you go in the car wash. What really stood out to me is that I am a veteran and before I went in, the guy who washed my back window tapped on my drivers side window and told me to put it down. I thought I had done something, but when I lowered it he said "I just want to say thank you for your service to our country." That really impressed me and touched me that he would not only notice, but make the effort to say thank you.
I paid for a basic wash and got in line. Then the chain broke and the two guys working made everyone back out with the promise of a refund, but then said they would make gift cards for everyone. I pulled around and waited for about 15 minutes and nobody ever came to my car. I pulled back around to the back and the two guys looked at me when I tried flagging them over and then ran inside. No money was ever refunded to me. Terrible service and no car wash.
Love this car wash,, had issue at another car wash in Sapulpa that I shared with them and they took care of it!! Car is beautiful, worth the drive, and money...employees are all smiles this morning
