Spent $12 only to have soap sprayed and then the car wash stop. No one was there so I couldn't ask for help and got no answer when I called them. Had to go to the manual area to wash the soap off myself. Basically spent $13 to have a still dirty car. I'm very disappointed and never going back.
Bright yellow soap stains EVERYTHING! Refused to show Material Data Safety Sheets for the soap in question, and acted annoyed that I called! Ruined my shoes, jeans, and dyed me yellow AND THE GUY ANSWERING THE BUSINESS PHONE IS HOSTILE ABOUT IT!!! Thanks, from here on out I'll drive down to 81st and memorial where they're not rude

Paid $12 for the touchless car wash, which sprayed soap on my car and then stopped. No attendant on site on the weekends, which I found out when I called the number on the door. Also no way to refund me or restart the car wash remotely. Was told would have to schedule a time to come back to get a refund, and he recommended that I use the self service area to rinse my car which meant paying more money. This would be an star rating, but he called back while I was writing the review to come meet me to do the refund today, and comped another car wash. Also scrubbed some of the stuck on stuff manually himself. I truly would rather have had the car wash take the 10 minutes I planned for instead of almost 45 between the start of the failed car wash/waiting for manager to come out/going through the car wash a second time. I probably won't use them again, but the customer service ended up being excellent after a rough start.
Horrible car wash. No soap hardly in mix. No water pressure to get the dirt off of vehicle. Only good this car wash is for is to rinse dust off an already cleaned car. Do not waste your money.
