No consideration for handicapped who might need to sit and rest don't appreciate being followed around by store personnel as if I'm a Thief. It would be nice when they say they're coming around to see if you're ok offering you help when they see you drop things out of your wheelchair. Not a place I care to shop at again.
The girl back by the dressing room is hateful, not enough checkers and there is stuff on the floor. For these prices you would think they would have cleaner and more respectful place. Not coming back here, I would rather driver all the way to the one in Rogers.
The experience is horrible to be put out because Austin Smith had a bad day. Threaten to call the police because 1 foul word was used which was addressed. Then the so called side kick whom claims to be a manager says the word Pissed because he had a bad day which was addressed by another shopper states you shouldn't use profane language. If you don't like your job get a better one! We waited for the police which never showed up, so as we are driving off Austin comes out pulls his phone out to act like he is taking a picture of my car tag. While in the store we asked for corporate number which Austin smith states on the website which there is no real Ross website never. Austin already had stated he called the police on someone moments ago so he was frustrated. The team duos believe they can say what they want and no one can say anything back. Even the front check out lady's were looking at them like are you serious. The team duo continue to provoke and antagonize even Ethan which was the suppose manger name come out his way as we are leaving to say we were talking about Austin gages (earrings). Which was never mentioned. They take there little bit of so called authority and run with as a costumer who shops here frequently I feel that they were wrong. I also believe everyone has had a bad day at work but as your job you are suppose your keep your composure. That situation wasn't handled appropriate as if they wanna say we were making a scene when it was the team duo how was harassing. Loss prevention took they authority above and beyond..
My friend and I went in today and we understand it's busy and crazy but the cashier and fitting room lady were horrible. Cashier rushed everyone one by one and didn't even complete one transaction before calling the next person. I know that's done when there's a rush but the way she did it was right in the middle of another transaction and her attitude was like we all inconvenienced her. Terrible customer service. I also get there was only two of them but still carry yourself professionally and don't make a store look bad because of your stress and mood. Maybe this cashier went in on a day off or something horrible has been going on but work is work and you have to remember that when you clock in. Also horrible attitude from fitting room employee. Disgusting attitude as well.
