I also called up to the office to get copies and they told me I would have to come to the office or get them mailed. So I drove across Tulsa (literally) just to get there and them tell me they can't find my stuff.
love this place!! Dr. Ward always has time to talk, and answer all my questions. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and super efficient. Even the husband loves going here.
I have been a patient of EyeCare Associates for over 8 yrs. I have had Lasix, Cataract, Yag surgery. I am tracked closely for a retinal problem. In all my interactions, I have had the best of care from doctors and staff. They explain every detail and are very responsive in answering questions. If you want precious eyesight in capable hands, become another satisfied patient of EyeCare Associates like I am.
All of my dealings with this office have been very positive. They have total ROCKSTARS/SUPERSTARS! My entire experience was great. I really enjoyed dealing with Katy W. & Beth. I was very nervous during my visit & they just made me at feel at ease. Great experience! Plus, they have fresh baked cookies, even if you aren't the best patient. Lol. Ps. Dr. BULL may look like a teenager, but she is very knowledgeable & very kind. She takes really great care of each & every patient. Every staff member falls all over each & every patient. You will not be disappointed.
First time eye patient. The Dr. was great, but had a nurse that was trying to do an unnecessary test to dilate my eyes. The nurse did not explain anything she was about to do or ask for my consent (like dilating my eyes). Which I was told by the doctor that their was no need to dilate my eyes. I normally don't mind but when you come at my eye with something. I kinda would appreciate you telling me why and what you are about to do.
I LOVE EyeCare Associates, EVERYONE there is so courteous, the Dr's are so NICE and they get you right in always, and give the best care and follow up's I've ever had!! PLUS, for the FIRST time in my life I DON'T have to wear glasses (have worn them since I was 16 months old), my cataract surgery both went so well!! THANK YOU ALL!!
