Went in and chose carpet, backing and was to get thresholds and free install. It took about 1 hr of time. I measured my rooms, cleared out old carpet and moved out furniture. Was supposed to get 10% off for my prep work!!
Liars!!! One week later, I have to wait another week for install, somehow their measurements were much higher than mine, charged me 388.00 for install and no 10% off AND NO thresholds.
I am only proceeding with this because my carpets are all gone, my furniture is crammed everywhere, and I have a house guest coming Sunday to stay for 2-3 months.

Took the store 3 weeks to order the tile, 2 more weeks have passed and my paid for order is still not here.
