Material quality and pricing was good, but customer service was lacking. The outlet is obviously under-funded. They order direct from the manufacturer but could not supply a firm ship date until it was loaded on the truck. My material was supposed to arrive on the 14th, but it did not arrive for another week. I had to call every time I wanted an update, and I only had 1 day of notice before its arrival. While I might consider doing business again, the lack of follow-up after the sale left the experience sour. If you have plenty of time for your project and are looking to keep costs low, buying material from this seller is reasonable. If you have any time constraints though, look elsewhere.
HORRIBLE company!!!! Don't waste your time or money with this company. The actual flooring was okay however the installers provided by this company had no clue what they were doing. Our floors were done incorrectly and looked absolutely terrible. This includes spaces between boards and holes where the pieces connected to the bathroom, etc. The manager, James, with Monster Flooring came out to our house and agreed that it looked awful and told us to hire our own installer ASAP to have the work redone this included pulling up the old flooring and putting down new flooring as well as repair work to the baseboards. He told us at the time that they would pick up the tab since it was their fault. However this DID NOT happen. After the floors were installed correctly by a new installer, Monster Flooring went back on their word and decided not to help with all the necessary costs to correct the damage they made in our home. This includes $1125 worth of repairs that WERE NOT PAID FOR. They left us $700 short on paying for professional installation as well as $425 short on the agreed upon paint and stain work that would need done to repair our baseboards. The quote from the new wood installer came from Jeremy Gray (excellent) and the quote for the paint and stain necessary to repair our baseboards came from Nunley Painting. BOTH were agreed upon BEFORE the work was done and we were told Monster Flooring would take care of it. Currently our house is left with damage all along the baseboards from where they carelessly ripped them off. We had to pay to get new baseboards which are currently still left unpainted. We have waited months and months for a call back from James to discuss a solution however it's evident he has moved on. I wish we could go back in time. I would have gladly paid a little more to have it done RIGHT.
I recently purchased hardwood floors from Monster Flooring in Tulsa. My experience was professional, the floors are gorgeous, and working with the manager, Josh Hammer, was a pleasure. My Thanksgiving guests loved my new floors!! THANK YOU MONSTER FLOORING!
The new owners seem to know what they are doing and care about our project. The prices are very good. Well pleased!!
