I said nothing more, went in and as I was shopping, I asked her where is corn flour, she just gestured her hand in a general direction and said, "it's there." I had to go aisle to aisle and find it myself!!
I've been a customer for 4 years and I was very disappointed today. The lady at the counter has always been kind of rude (not helpful, forget about a smile, she doesn't even keep an eye contact) but I've always been nice to her and ignored her behavior thinking that's just her personality but today I was waiting with 2 little kids (3 and 6 year olds) since 11am (which is their opening time) and she came at 11:15. I said nicely, what happened? Why are you so late? I've been waiting since 11!
We love coming here for rice and spices! We hope to try the fresh meats sometime soon.
I went to pay and as I was paying with my card, phone rang and she picked the phone and walked off. No sorry for being 15 min late, no eye contact, no smile, no help!!! I'm highly disappointed though I didn't say anything to her, I can't stop thinking about it after I left.
This place has the best biryani you will ever have. Fresh and a good amount. Great value for the cheap price. Must try !!!!

Visited Tulsa from out of town in early August, and some people suggested this place for a halal restaurant. I ordered the chicken tikka pizza which was surprisingly decent, but the main reason I give this place 2 stars is because of the lady at the cashier. Has a bit of a rude attitude, and said the food would be ready in 10 minutes. Took at least 25 minutes or so, and when it came time to pay, she was doing something else and made me wait another few minutes. The brother who was likely the owner seemed more friendly but he was occupied on the phone, so did not get the chance to deal with him.

The grocery is also reasnably priced and has a good variety. The owner is very nice and cuatomer service oriented. Love this place !!!!
These folks made a custom order for me at a VERY reasonable price. When i went to leave my truck would not start and they came out of the store and gave me a jump start. Id call that excellent customer service!!! I will be back.
