Was quoted $20 to get a manicure and pedicure for my 10 year old daughter. And as soon as she sat down and they started they said it will be $55. The one time I don’t check reviews I get screwed
I love getting my manicures and pedicures here! They always do a great job with how I want them done. They are so pleasant every time I come in. I've never had to wait to get served. They can be a little pricey but it's well worth it! I definitely pay for what I get!
I went in for a pedicure and was quickly seated which was nice. The gentleman that serviced me was nice, but throughout the entire pedicure he was either talking to his coworkers or on his cellphone. I could tell he was not focused on the pedicure because he put some oil on my right leg three times and not once on my left leg. Clearly distracted. He then painted my nails with the precision of a hurried 5 year old. When the pedicure was over he just got up and walked away. I eventually got up and went to the front to pay and noticed he was sitting outside of the salon still on his cellphone. My nails look terrible and the service was subpar. Not to mention they don't use disposable liners in their pedicure bowls. I do not recommend this place.
My cousin and I had went last minute for a full set just to catch up and spend quality time. We were "greeted" by the lady at the desk with an attitude and a demeanor that you knew she didn't want to be there. We had asked if we could sit together, however, they said they weren't able to accommodate due to having specific seating for each tech...okay. Luckily I had Li Li that made my experience a little better. She took good care of me, had great conversation, and even went out of her way to fix minor details. Overall, the experience was pretty neutral. They could improve on the customer service (besides Li Li, she's the best!)
Absolutely love their eye brow threading all the ladies are very nice I always go there . Cant say the the same about the people working on the nail salon side been there a couple times to get my nails done they are unprofessional always in a rush and rude
