The health and wellness program is a joke as well. I was hoping this would be a great option for me because it’s so close but I don’t know how half of the people even keep their job because there is no sympathy or empathy at all and they are just rude.
They are way nicer than the hospital in Claremore, but there is a five month wait. That is extreme and unfair to pregnant woman.
Ive been waiting for almost 4 hours now to be seen. Would not recommend.
If you can get an appointment then you will be ok. But if you are a walk in be prepared to wait 4-5 hours if you even get seen. I sat there for 4 and half hours while everyone walked in. I cleared the waiting room 3-4 times. An hour and half was just getting my file from claremore Emergency room where all they did for me there was give me a brace for my knee.
Would've been nice to know before I drove all this way that the first Friday of each month they don't open til 1pm!?...
Had an app schedule since January for new pt it was for sep. They called me , THEY CALLED ME and told me they couldn't see me cause the new doc was going some where else. They couldn't place me with Anyone else. I was looking forward to it and they couldn't do anything about it. Rude and not reliable people work there not recommended. Would rather drive an hr away to go somewhere else.
